When Mohammed Althaf turned 18, he approached his uncle Javad Elasseri with a clear vision and the courage to share his ideas. More than capital, he sought belief guidance from someone who understood that ambition needs direction as much as funding.
Recognizing the potential, Uncle Javad chose to invest in the vision. That support became the foundation of Althaf’s first venture, which he intentionally named “My Rich Uncle”. A tribute to mentorship, trust, and the role belief plays in shaping entrepreneurs.
Althaf began his journey in the media industry, building the business steadily through hands on experience, learning, and persistence. Growth was never rushed, it was earned. Each milestone strengthened both capability and confidence.
By the age of 23, Althaf had evolved into a globetrotter and the CEO of a holding company, My Rich Uncle Holding investing in and guiding multiple ventures across sectors including media, travel & tourism, and real estate. Alongside business expansion, he traveled solo to over 60 countries, gaining cultural insight, strategic perspective, and a global mindset that continues to shape the group’s direction.
